In gaining muscles its not all about lifting weights but it is also about what type of body you have. So we need to figure that out. Their are 3 types of body that we have.
their are Ectomorph , Mesomorph and endomorph. Ill explain those body types in my next post.

So how do we gain muscles?
there are 3 steps
1st workout
2nd proper diet
3rd attitude
Without the 3rd step you'll not be success

How do we start?
of course we need to workout have that body that we want. you should have daily program for your workout. At least 12-15 repitition per exercise and must be 3-4 set of exercise. And must be 6-8 program of exercise to make your muscle sore the next day.Muscle sore is normal. thats your goal for the day to make your muscle sore.if your muscle is not having that pain or sore. You are probably doing wrong or lifting so light.Dont put too much load. Dont also lift very light weight. you must lift just the right load.

After your workout you must be craving after that hardworkout you did. You must also have a diet meal. If your on a diet dont eat what you dont want. If you want chips lets make it healthier eat protein chips. If you want a bar of chocolate eat protein bar. if you want something fried eat fried chicken without skin (that one is tempting)
you must eat at least 250-300 grams of protein a day to have fast results. Note* too much protein makes you fat. I recommend protein shake and white meat and dark meat after workout. Eat also fruits and vegetable for good digestion.

Protein and vegetable meal

You must workout at least 4-6days a week.to see improvement in a month.
